Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using IEPClock (iepclock.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Use of the site

IEPClock provides deadline calculators and letter-drafting tools based on IDEA's federal special-education regulations, for informational purposes only. Computed deadlines and generated letters are not legal advice and are not a substitute for a licensed special-education attorney or advocate. State law may set an earlier deadline than the federal floor this site computes — verify your state's own timeline before relying on any date shown here.

No warranty

The content on IEPClock is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site is error-free, that outputs are accurate for every input, or that the site will be uninterrupted or available at all times. Your use of the site is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IEPClock and its operators disclaim all liability for any damages — direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site.

Intellectual property

The content, design, and code of IEPClock are owned by IEPClock and its operators, except where credited to an original source. You may use the site freely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce or republish IEPClock content without permission.

Updates to this site and these terms

We may update the site over time. We may also update these Terms of Service. Continued use of the site after a change to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
